[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Impacted on my credit score at Moratorium time

I had an Home loan in IDBI bank and was paying the amount regularly at 10th day of every month. But last previous year (2020) in pandemic situation, IDBI bank introduced the moratorium from April 2020 and the EMI amount not debited. It is now impacted on my credit score as its mentioned as late/delayed payment. Could you please correct it ? or let me know if any thing required at my end. Re: IDBI Home loan -[protected] Already raised this issue to CIBIL and they replied back that they are not responsible for updating the account details information in CIBIL score until bank confirm IDBI Bank is not all replying on my credit score issue still now Was this information helpful?
