Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — My cibil score

There is no overdue in my accounts no only two credit card with nil overdue . Cibil is showing overdue of 400rs and my svore is 620 . When there is no overdue in my account how it is showing my score below average. Iam employee of a bank and nil credit history . I he've only credit cards. Cibil unnecessirily spoil my crefit score he have no right of it the loan whim they said that there is overdue sanctiined by my bank and i know there is nil overdue till date . Then how they effect my cibil score. Kindly advice at the earliest i dnt want anymore any mis advice from ur side . Kindly let me know the reason
