Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — no due certificate obtained

I had taken a loan with tata motors finance limited in 2015 and i have made a settlement of inr. 150000 towards the loan account no : [protected]. My final payment date was on 27/march/2019. I have obtained a no due certificate as well after this settlement done. However, in my cibil report it still shows amount pending or not cleared. Can this be checked please.

Dear team
I have paid my due regularly on time. But now showing as an overdue against credit card in the cibil report in last month which decreases my cibil score. kindly resolve my problem.
