[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Payment successful but didn't get transaction id or any receipt

Problem: money charged but got an error on cibil website without getting a transaction or customer id.

I did a payment of cibil website, it deducted amount from my credit card but post charging, some error came up and was shown on the website.

I didn't got any confirmation for it nor any receipt, nor anything in the email and nor even a transaction id or customer id.

I have screenshots of the payment made and completed and details from my credit card payment sms, i am trying to reach their customer support but no reply has been made yet.

Request for assassinate regarding this matter.

Has anyone else faced this type of serious problem while making payment on cibil website? If so please guide me through.

I have escalated that report is not sent and the password that was sent to me is not allowing me to login. I reported this on[protected] and No response yet.

I am in need of the bank loan and my score is good as per the message, however looking for the report which supports my score

Please rectify my cibil as soon as possible as I do not pogesses such amount of loan .all the agriculture loans that are in my cibil report that doesn't belong to me. For that reason I have been rejected for taking credit card.
