[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — personal loan and credit cards

Dear browsers,

Iam v m rajesh from bangalore. I have used some credit cards and personal loans about 10 years back. I called all credit card banks personal loan banks and closed the cards and loans through settlement after i received a written no-dues certificate from them. However i want to apply for a home loan and it got rejected. I applied for cibil report and got it. My name is listed on it.
How will i get my name out of cibil defaulters list?
Please help me on this subject.
