[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Poor cibil report because of apparent mistake | |||||
The cibil authorities have merged the data of santhosh kumar shaw in the credit report submitted by cibil authority with its member bank resulting in undue harassment to me. Even the basic data like my date of birth are wrong. My name is also wrong, in place of Shiv Kumar it is showing Santhosh Kumar Shaw. The bank authorities have rejected my loan application on this ground which has caused me financial loss and mental harassment to me. The loan accounts pertaining to Mr. Santhosh Kumar Shaw have been merged in my data related to my PAN. This is an apparent mistake and could have been avoided, had the authorities in CIBIL had been careful and cautious while entering data in my report.
