Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Profile membership error

I had subscribed on cibil on user name [protected]@gmail.com in which my pan card number was EXRPR9541F also but suddenly my cibil is now showing on voter id card after removing my pan card from this id. but i am not able to check my pan card.
