[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Refund of Rs 550/- asap

That on 08.11.2016 i have paid Rs 550/ through sbi internet banking for checking cibil score but my report have not been generated and after deduction of Rs 550/- from my saving bank account the message flashed on my laptop that page have been removed but Rs 550/ was deducted form my account and message received on my mobile with Transaction Reference No IGAAFSCQL5 on the same day i.e. 08.11.2016 for aforesaid deduction.

Pls take necessary steps accordingly for refund procedure as soon as possible.

Pls refund my Rs 550/- paid thrg SBI Online Internet banking asap.

It was an authentication failure case. Please upload your required KYC documents here www.cibil.com/submitpersonaldocs/consumerkycUpload.action (subject to the documents being as per our KYC norms) to receive printed report via express delivery in 7 business days.
