that's amazon pay later. you need to get closed Capfloat as well as Karur vaysya loan account both, i got closed amazon pay later and requested capfloat cancel the account with 7k immediately as it reflected very next month, whereas Karur vaysya appeared 3 months later after the closure of Amazon pay later, after complaint to them they took a month to identify what for that account is and informed i opted for amazon pay later and capfloat got opened that account of 25k loan, i requested them for closure as that account is no more functional since 3-4 months and then they took 45 working days to process the cancellation and precisely it took 3 months around to close that 25k loan account which was closed in feb end probably, but there is no impact of same on my credit score it remains same which was 2-3 months back, but yes when it was opened they had reduced it by 4 points. which recovered by itself.
