Hi Sir with reference to my credit card no [protected] with outstanding of Rs 1300 but they have sent me Rs 9729 outlstanding with financial charges. . I have sent several request to card.[protected]@sc.com, customer.[protected]@sc.com for reversal of finance charges due to late payment that i was stuck in Kashmir flood. As my telecom discussion with Priya customer care for reversal where she told me that write us mail to clear financial charges. still no response get from them.
