Credit Information Bureau India Limited [CIBIL] — Wrong data reported on my CIBIL report | |||||
As I was raised a dispute to cibil and escalated then also i got the message syaing that the information was correct. In my CIBIL Report for one of the bank CC i was closed the account in 2007 and the same was confirmed by bank and sent me the letter but in the CIBIL report it was showing that the Card was active since 2013 with the DPD as 150, .Which was never been the case because the account got closed in 2007. Secondly Bank also replied to CIBIL saying that since 2007 september 17th onwards the account was invalidated then how come cibil report shows since 2013 with the DPD . Even in the CIBIL portal i am planning to escalate to level 2 tried around 100 times it was not get recorded /confirming message from CIBIl If the bank data is itself was not validated since 2007 then how come the CIBIL reported the data from 2013 with the DPD as 150 which should be cleared from CIBIL . I am planning to consult attorney as i am fedup with followup with these guys since 3 months .
