[Resolved] Credit Sudhaar Services — arrogant executive | |
A very shocking experience!!! An executive named Deepika called me from credit Sudhaar. She acted very sweet, she happened to mention about some offer and later we had to switch to some loan at the end. During this time my dad was hospitalized and requested Deepika to get the loan approved at the earliest however the loan got approved after my dad got discharged, I was okay about that, later I realised that the amount sanctioned was more and credited less in the account. I tried reaching Deepika, she started ignoring my calls and messages. I felt she was not well so gave her space to respond, I called up credit Sudhaar to know about Deepika but even they could not assist. Today, I felt it is too much, so I texted her, her responses will shock you guys. Attached are the screen shots. Can someone tell me what is going on???????? Was this information helpful? | |
