I have not applied any loan from the said company and in CIBIL they are showing the outstanding and reflecting DPDS as well due to the same my cibil scrore getting worser. I herewith requesting you to kindly do get it resolved, i am trying to reach over the mail no response and calls no answer itself.

    One of the person called me from credit mantri if paid amount credit mantri will remove your negative account then I paid 2400 Rs but no response last 2 months, I called actual credit mantri person mobile number also he is not pick my calls still I don't the status of my account, so I suggested another people don't believe credit mantri service please avoid the service

      PERSONAL LOAN (Loan A/C No.:PPMUPPLONS[protected]
      For the captioned loan the LAST EMI WAS FEBRUARY 2021 WHICH HAS BEEN PAID VIA ECS, then how can you hit the ECS this month which is completely unethical and the worst part of your services.If the amout debited is not reversed within 24hrs then I will no longer wait to file a compliant against you with the ombudsman and to the concerned authorities and to the consumer court.

      Subject bus the Loan account number, trial mail has the attachment of the Loan details.

            Prince called and talked very politeded and he transfer my car loan which is currently on 9% to flutron on 13-14%. Now he stop responding my email and even he make full me with help of flutron person. I am very help less and want to suside. Prince did this bcoz he wants me to purchase his credit sudhar policy... So he talked to flutron person and arrange 60k loan and balance transfer... Now i am fully debt because of prince. Please help me.

                  I am zubina saba i had been approached from credit sudhar for loan services as i was looking for loan services since my cibil score was little bit low these guys promised me to increase my cibil and get me loan within 24 hours of my payment of 15000 even though i informed miss manasi that i will not get loan so let it be she forced me to opt for credit sudhar services and promised me she will get me loan amount and by the time i figure it out her manager mr lalit (Mumbai) had forced me to pay the amount so that he will approve my loan from kotak mahindra and assigned me some unprofessional person who did not release the loan amount after 2months also and when i am messaging miss manasi and lalit (Manager) about the refund they are not reverting and mr lalit has very bad attitude towards his clients infact he was blaming me for his worthless services... Nor he is ready to coordinate with the banker to get my loan amount released... I request the senior authorities to take action on this matter or else i have to file a police complaint against these guys as fraudsters which will have huge impact on company brand...                   Is credit sudhar practicing this for long time...taking hard earned money of people by promising fraud services the manager tells me that there is no refund policy...there only one policy for these fraudsters fooling the innocent people and take there hard earned money...big time fraudsters

                    A very shocking experience!!! An executive named Deepika called me from credit Sudhaar. She acted very sweet, she happened to mention about some offer and later we had to switch to some loan at the end.

                    During this time my dad was hospitalized and requested Deepika to get the loan approved at the earliest however the loan got approved after my dad got discharged, I was okay about that, later I realised that the amount sanctioned was more and credited less in the account. I tried reaching Deepika, she started ignoring my calls and messages. I felt she was not well so gave her space to respond, I called up credit Sudhaar to know about Deepika but even they could not assist.

                    Today, I felt it is too much, so I texted her, her responses will shock you guys.

                        Hi all, Please don't take any service from them, its waste of our money,
                        they will just fool you and take advantage of our situation and make us pay by giving false promises. I have enrolled in Dec 2018, till now they have not given any service to me, few fresher guys will call you explain some stupid things, that we already know and waste our time. please dont believe their sales guys, they are big time cheaters. if you get any call from their loan team, they will ask you to pay additional amount. they are high time cheaters .

                        i lost 14000, i don't want anyone to lose their hard earned money. Please talk with your banks directly and find a solution for credit card dues.

                          I have already spend 16000/- in nov-18 in which the concern representative has given me 200% assurance of loan but till now nothing is happen. To take service these people will do followup after that nothing. I called many time but i am not getting any update. Now the representative is telling let your score increase little. But the fact is that i had told everything before paying fees. He gave me 200% not even 100% assurance. I told for refund but they are telling refund policy is not there. This means that these people are fooling and playing with peoples money. From nov i have taken service no development in the profile.

                          Also if anybody can help me we can file a legal compliant against these firm as 16000/- is not a small amount. I have spent my full salary for it. Lastly i had registered an compliant by which the representative called me and told the loan approval is come after that nothing. Only giving the dates and wasted my 4 months. Took details for plus loan again nothing. Now telling let credit score increase was this means. One agency also told me that this company only fooling people nothing else and dont go for it.

                          Please arrange for my refund else i will file a legal complaint which already i have bills and all.

                            L have some debt amount with credit cards and l was searching online for some loan as my credit was not good there l came to know about this website and l inquired about it, after some days l got a call from mayur sakate which he told me a relation manager there and convinced me that l can get the loan amount of 2lac to clear my credit cards debts and ask me to sign up for their services which is for rs 15000, l told him that l cannot manage this amount in a one time payment so he told me that l can pay half amount when signing up and half after my loan disbursement and l paid rs 6400 by depositing in a bank account given by him and he forced me to pay it as soon as possible otherwise l wouldn't be able to get the loan then so l paid that amount as l was desperately wanting a loan amount to pay my debts but after l deposit the amount and got a confirmation mail for the sign up, he told me that the loan amount will be disbursed within 2 days and l was waiting for that but l didn't get the loan amount in 2 days so l called him again and he told me the application is under process and it will take a week to disburse the amount so l waited for a week as well but same results no loan amount, l again call him and he said it's still under process and will take another 4-5 days so l again waited for that time and l didn't get the loan amount, after that l called him again and a new person interacted with me named arshad telling me that mayur is on leave and ask me concern so l informed him that he was helping with the loan disbursement for which l have signed up services but he told me that you have't signed up for the plus loan service as it would cost rs 15000, l told him that mayur asked me to pay half now and half after loan disbursement but he refused it and it's been 2 months, l didn't get the loan amount and everytime l contact on the number a new person receive the call and told me a different story, l was getting calls from them regarding the settlements of the card but they only inform me to pay the debts as soon as possible to increase your credit score after which you can get the loan which is the truth l already aware about. Please take some certain actions on them as they are looting the people by making fraud commitments which is never going to be happen and do not sign up for any services as they will take your money and don't offer you the same thing which you were told to get.

                              We will have to issue some legal letters on issues based accounts to forward the file in dispute management.

                              You will have to follow the recommendations of my accc certified bureau expert to see the best changes in you bureau report and also,

                              I will also assure you that your score will be improvised upto780+ with loan facility as per eligibility in 10 - 12 working days post recommendation followed.

                              Above of the mail, i have taken thier service of credit sudhaar but what they have promised it is not yet fullfil, eventhough they dont response well enough. I have mail to their customer cares, they just replied that they raise to the concern person.

                              I just want to say that i need to improve my credit score as my credit score is low, so that i have taken their service to improve my score, i have the phone record that they call me regarding when my credit score will improve after that he has clearly confirm me that my credit score will improve around 780+ before the date on 19 jan 2019 if i take premium catagory or if i take titanium then it will take nearly like 32 to 35 days.

                              After all he mail and confirm me, i pay the amount rs 22000 as premium catagory.

                              All above, i want complaining that why they mislead or mis sale or false promises given to preople. Its that how they run their organisation, they only know how to extract the people money playing with their emotions giving false promises.

                              I just wonder how they give false promises through their official mail. I dont believe if he mail me throgh his personal mail. Only i came to trust and believe because he mail me in their official mail id. So that i came to believe and i pay the amount, i must say it that he trapped me or con me.

                              My complaining to mr. Shadab and the organisation employees of credit sudhaar.

                              So that they should give any false promises to any more person and should not try trapped playing with their emotion.

                              And organisation also strict to employees about giving false promises, they should take actoin against that employee or it will hamper to the organisation.

They will make promise on calls on plus loan to clear the pending debts and make us the payment as much we can. However, they will not mention any thing on email which is there clever act.                                 Till now they are least bothered towards customers and not even refunding the amount.
                                Even am not opting for the total amount and asked them to take the part charges.
                                After complaining in consumer forum they made me fool as they are working on my case and its all waste of time and money.

                                  I paid 17000/- to this company as they promised a plus loan to consolidate all my outstanding loans and credit cards under one loan. Along with that they will be assisting to improve my Cibil score.

                                  i made the payment in November 2018 and it is now February 2019, still the customer care fellow informs that the loan docs have been submitted but waiting for RBI approval.

                                  at the time of registration Dona Bella from Credit Sudhaar informed that they need to appoint a legal officer (for which they took 8500/- from me) who will take care of my case but till date whenever i called them only the customer service person speaks to me. Whenever i call up[protected] they just give me dates like 15 days more each time. The agent who recently spoke to be Rahul Sharma is not at all helpful but has a very bad attitude as he literally shouted to me.

                                  I want Credit Sudhaar to declare if they cannot provide any plus loan and just refund the money (17000/-) to me immediately. if not, i will not think twice to connect to ombudsmen/consumer forum.

                                    Hi, My Name is Mahesh (CS186449) and mobile number +91-[protected]. I have two credit cards with default status and total outstanding(Amex+Citi)=70000+100000=1700000. Initially they said will provide all service loan and best quotation..etc asked membership for 13300r/-rs. After paid the amount I got call from Credit sudhaar internal team and they said will provide the loan and we working on that and you get call from consular(Shardha) what ever she said tell agree and she is consular she will not do anything like. Consular called me and she is saying we will not give any loan assurance like. after that I asked refund amount 13300/-rs. --No response cheated

                                    After few day again Interal team called me. you can eligible for loan with 200% assurance and loan is ready for two card close and asked first pay for negative status account pay for principle amount (47200/-rs) for card. I accepted and paid. After paying I paid again next day i got call from Credit Sudhaar internal team amount is successfully Processed and for Loan asked processing fees 27000/-rs. I am checking 47200/-rs double time and telling with 8 days of time it will update to card. Next day i got call from Consular(Manger level) and she is said, I haven't paid for card that is service. I shocked and asking refund. and daily sending mails to Customer care and Grivence cell. No reply not use.
