Dear sir/madam,
I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company regarding black/white seed 4.5"buns since i have started my new business in september, 2019. every week its a same situation even when i placed order one or two days in advance (As discussed with rgm amit aggarwal that for black seeded buns order will go on t. T. S). Moreover, we've fixed the order for 10pkts last night for every alternate day but it didn't arrived today as well.
I was in continuous contact with amit ji since my new startup as i found amit ji very humble and generous person who have guided me towards the range of product widely available with mrs. Bector but now i don't know what's going on behind the scene as both of them seems helpless and unanswerable to my questions.
To eradicate this problem from its root, amit ji asked mukul ji to take direct orders from me early in the morning on tts. All the orders were placed as per the protocol but the problem still persist. They are doing their best and beyond the limits to fulfill my requirements but this problems looks very typical for me as it has a direct relation with my business and impacting my sales and clientele on frequent basis. If this remains the same, then i am afraid that my business will gets sink due to quality issue and stability issue in product and wholesole credit will go to mrs. Bector.
Once in a week (Mostly on saturday order) my order gets vandalized to fulfill the demand of big giants of this market like mcdonalds, burger king, burger club. I worked with mcdonalds for 3 yrs as a restaurant manager so i know deep inside all the factors and moreover its a festive season so demand is likely to go 1.5 times and its obvious.
i know small players like us doesn't play any crucial role in increasing your business but never take small players for granted because every business starts from the basics and then develop to advance level."the deeper the roots, the greater the fruits"
I am most annoyed at the moment as my whole day got wasted in follow up and arrangement and it further leads to cancelling my scheduled task which will also gets delayed and same is happening from last 3 weeks.
I trust this is not the way that mrs. Bector/ cremica wishes to conduct business with valued customers b2b — i have been with you since the 2013 and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
