Crescent Nissan — paid more against the order form and extended warranty is not added

Hello everyone,

This is to keep you informed that i bought a car datsun redi-go from crescent nissan sector - 14 gurgaon where i got a deal for car as per the attached order form with extended warrant for 3 years also attached.

In order form as you can see that i got the offer for 356000/- with all the details mentioned below:-

The total amount paid is :-

Payment receipt amount

When i called the showroom manager jitender he was so rude and answered as below:-

 regarding order form it can be changed multiple times and they will follow the sheet which is their in their records without my consent on it (Signature) and when i asked them how can it be finalized without my consent he said that they do not need it and they will not follow the order form which made me surprised as why do you people have order form when you do not follow it.

 for extended warranty i did not paid for it when i put the original extended warranty form which is duly stamped and signed by their employee, then manager jitender said that he is no longer working with them and it will not be considered and will not consider even it is stamped and signed.

 to reply to my email he said he will not, as he does not have time to reply email and contact customer care.

 when i asked for escalation metrics he said that they do not have and hang up on me, when i tried calling back he did not answered the phone. This made me to wright this email to you all.

This indicates me that dealers are interested to sell the car and do not complete the required documentary, which indirectly spoils the image of the brand hence i have to forward this email to you all so that you can understand what kind of pain a customer faces when things are not fulfilled after purchasing a car and hope to receive proper response for the same.

Things required :-

 extended warranty for 3 years for my car
 refund of additional amount details mentioned below.
Price component refund amount reason
Difference amount 13060.00 [protected]
Accessories 26000.00 which i did not get
Total 39060.00

Questions : -

 need explanation why was i asked to pay more against order form
 why the extended warranty is not added
 if any employee is no longer working with the firm is the customer responsible for it.
 if anyone ask for the escalation metrics why are they not informed.
