I bought a Crocs Unisex Flip Flops (Black Colour) from an authorised store called Style Plus, Trivandrum, Kerala ( Pincode- 695003) that sells authentic Crocs on March 16th, 2023. After recent use, I understood that, the left shoe is visibly smaller than the right shoe and this is causing me great discomfort. My Crocs size is M6 W8 and the same has been stated in both the shoes, although the size is different. This is a defective or a fraud piece, and I require a replacement for the flip flops.
