I got a confirmation from CROCS that they received the return package with return ID[protected] on Jan 22. Till date they have not initiated the refund. Customer care was active till they received their product. No communication after that tried reaching them through mail and phone but all communication ceased after that point.
The experience has been disappointing, no response for refund.

I bought a Crocs Unisex Flip Flops (Black Colour) from an authorised store called Style Plus, Trivandrum, Kerala ( Pincode- 695003) that sells authentic Crocs on March 16th, 2023. After recent use, I understood that, the left shoe is visibly smaller than the right shoe and this is causing me great discomfort. My Crocs size is M6 W8 and the same has been stated in both the shoes, although the size is different. This is a defective or a fraud...
