Hi i purchased a machine from croma online on 4 august 2022 and from the day the machine make a temendious noise a lot i reaise a complain serveral time but the not replace or not resolved my problem at all the server team uignore the call and manager also cut the call while talking and ignoring i get the worst experience from the croma i suggest everybody to not buy ant this from the store or online the pune team is worst and unsupportive...

Croma — Fraud activities done by Croma to cheat the customers

I had purchased a LG refrigerator from Croma last year. I was forced to buy the extended warranty for 3 years stating that if anything goes wrong with the product a replacement will be done immediately if repair is not possible.

Now, when there is a problem with the fridge upper door, which is a manufacturing error I am told that it does not come under the extended warranty plan and I am told all the conditions which was not...
