Hello Team,

We had purchased Samsung laptop(Book 2360) online due to time crunch.

The laptop had hing issue where it does not fold properly. We had taken it to Koramangala Croma for service as our online purchase partner is Croma.

Its more than 3 weeks we have not heard anything from the team.

We had asked the team to give us a call but no one called till now.

How worse can the service be???

    This is to inform you that I have ordered an product from Croma Store online and done the payment also but later I had cancelled the order due to delay in delivery.
    After cancelling the order more than 2 months over I had not received an refund only Croma customer care & grievance officer is only doing timepass. My Order I'd is 1.[protected], 2.[protected], 3.[protected] respectively.

    Hi Team,

    I had ordered phone from Croma website, it was shipped via Bluedart.

    Bluedart delivery boy marked it as 'Customer not ready with Exchange'. He is lying about this, he never called me or reached out to my home.

    What kind of service is this??????
    I have paid via credit card, i will have to pay the bill and this delivery boy from his making such claims......

    I have Purchased a HI-Sense LED TV in Croma online store on 13th of September the same got delivered on 15th september after Installation I found that Speaker had some issue and the sound quality was pretty poor.I informed croma on this where they arranged technician to cross verify. based on the feedback from technician the speaker is defective, he asked me to return this product.     Navratri sale was supposed to start at 4:45pm today. Was waiting to buy iPhone 13 but the site didn’t open. It’s been 6.5 hour’s trying to purchase but the site isn’t opening.

      I am not able to place any orders on croma.com from past one week. After adding the product into the cart and clicking on checkout I get the pop of written as "Something's Wrong.
      We have detected something out of the ordinary. Sorry, we are unable to service the order"

      When I contacted the same with customer support then they said to clear cookies and data and then retry but still I am facing the same issue....

        The croma chennai Mount Branch guy named Sagul Hammed billed a Sony TV VA panel for 80000 Rs through order number SOA[protected] Sony TV 50x80K VA panel, who will buy VA panel for 80000 rs.         Croma — Sony PS5 Order not delivered

        I had ordered a PS5 from Croma, on 22nd August, 2022. It's 24th of September and I am yet to receive the PS5.           Croma has a cancellation policy of 7 days that they take to process the refund. The transaction was cancelled on 12th Sep 2022, so ideally it should have been processed by now but still it has not been processed. The voucher amount that I used was Rs 3000, which I have no idea by when it would be provided.

          Recently purchased 2 pieces of Croma Split INV AC 2T often forms frozen ice on the indoor cooling fins and causes water leakage. 2 pieces purchased and 1 of the 2 only has the issue while other works fine.           Pathetic shopping experience ever had wherein fake commitments were made by duty manager and sales representative from apple. I was manipulated to make pre booking to complete targets and later i was asked multiple times to cancel the booking.

          Purchased phone because i was left with no choice as i was not using any phone.

          I Purchased LG RO Water Purifier from Croma on 10th September. Installation happened after multiple follow ups on 16th September 2022. Also, Water taste is worst like tap water, instead that I can drink tap water. Again, I raised a complaint that water taste is worst.           I had purchased two O General AC in August 2020 both with extended warranty for which i had laid additional 11000. Thinking that i will get good service without any concerns.
          But the poor service provided is a matter of concern. From last 7 days i am daily following up with their customer care as forst they registered wrong complaint. On calling again they corrected it then they did not updated the number requested and other issues...

          I had purchased a Croma fridge, toaster, hand mixer, LG microwave, Phillips Air fryer from Aundh store and they provided the soft bill . I had informed that I need a bill with Banks GST but the only mistake I made is didn’t check and when I went for the hard copy to the store, they are saying it is not possible now .
          Request to please instruct the store to give me the bill with the GST of my Bank as I will not receive reimbursement and it will be a huge burden on me .
