I purchased croma 1.5 5 star as from tata retail store at kakinada on 04.04.24. The installation was done on 12.04.24 after repeated requested the service engineer. But after installation water was coming from indoor unit in ONE DAY. So plese send your service engineer to rectiry it ....

My uncle and aunt are senior citizens who purchased a WHIRLPOOL WM TL 7.5KG PREMIER GENX GRY from CROMA Alwarpet Branch on 18th August 2023. Within the first month itself there were vibration and jarring noise issues.
