April 2nd i was ordered the AGARO Regal 800W Car Vacuum Cleaner with Multipurpose Cleaning Brush (Durable ABS & Compact Body, Black) product, and i analysed the product noyt suitable for my car so i was cancelled the product on same day. mode of payment 1400 from voucher ( 3 vouchers), i rs for new coin, 292 for UPI mode.

I have purchsed croma tv 43' 1& haf yrs back - sept 2025 tv motherboard issue so they replced it after 10 days- currently same issue tv power on- tv is under extended warrenty .

I ordered the refrigerator (Order number - "EC[protected]") from Croma website.

Product has a dent on the front side. Delivery guys have dropped it while offloading from the vehicle on 11-Mar-2026. When the installation guy came on 12-Mar-2026, he showed us the dent on the side of the front door.

I am writing this to express my disappointment and displeasure in the Croma Service for the Croma Washing Machine CRLWMD702STL75.
The ticket was logged for "Abnormal noise". It was very loud and the washing machine was very "unstable".
The device is in warranty.
The technician visits, and informs us that the motor and 4 honger rods have to be replaced. He checked with the office and confirmed that they will be replaced...

I have purchased 2 washing machines recently (one in Hyd 2 months back and one 3 weeks back) ... Both the products were found faulty.

Laptop order date - 25.08.25 with online payment.
