I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my recently purchased iPhone 17. I have discovered that the IMEI printed on my Croma invoice is incorrect and does not match the IMEI of my device.
Unfortunately, my phone was stolen, and I used the IMEI mentioned on the invoice to file an FIR. As a result, the FIR contains an incorrect IMEI, and I am also unable to complete the CEIR registration....

I ordered the refrigerator (Order number - "EC[protected]") from Croma website.

Product has a dent on the front side. Delivery guys have dropped it while offloading from the vehicle on 11-Mar-2026. When the installation guy came on 12-Mar-2026, he showed us the dent on the side of the front door.

I am writing this to express my disappointment and displeasure in the Croma Service for the Croma Washing Machine CRLWMD702STL75.
The ticket was logged for "Abnormal noise". It was very loud and the washing machine was very "unstable".
The device is in warranty.
