Iphone 15 purchased on 10th Oct 2023, it was declared on website that phone delivery will happen on 12th Oct but nothing received so far and no communication so far by croma. when I called customer care they said it will be delivered on 12th and delivery team will contact me back.
till today no progress about my delivery and no communication from croma except standard answer that complaint is raised and escalated it will be resolved in 72 hours.
