Iphone 15 purchased on 10th Oct 2023, it was declared on website that phone delivery will happen on 12th Oct but nothing received so far and no communication so far by croma. when I called customer care they said it will be delivered on 12th and delivery team will contact me back.
till today no progress about my delivery and no communication from croma except standard answer that complaint is raised and escalated it will be resolved...

I bought Hisense qlad TV from Croma which was a defective product
The brand has given replacement approval for the defective piece.But Chroma is neither using reverse pick up nor giving replacement to the defective piece.I am being given only assurance since 15 days....

Bricks & Rags Delivered in place of LG Microwave Oven

I had extremely non acceptable experience with Croma Online delivery. I had purchased a LG Convection Oven worth 17990 on 01-July-2021. On opening the delivery box in front of the delivery guy, I found the box filled with Bricks and rags. This is completely unexpected from a company and breaks the trust of the customer for the company. I have received no support yet from Croma Customer Care on providing me a solution for the same.

Product ordered on 19th June not delivered yet

The product was not available at the local store so I ordered it online on 19th June and chose Home delivery. I checked the bank order status after couple of days through my Croma and found that the order was accepted and they generated the invoice. To my surprise, this status never changed...
