Hi, I had ordered an symphony cooler from croma. I had to gift it to a family member on 3th of April, I thought it will be delivered max by 2nd as croma promised, but till today it is not delivered.
I have never expected this from croma as I trust TATA products. But this is the first time when their service is not at all good. I will take it to legal forum if required and share the same experience on social media as well.
I want to take an action against them and demand a competition for this.
