Hi, I had ordered an symphony cooler from croma. I had to gift it to a family member on 3th of April, I thought it will be delivered max by 2nd as croma promised, but till today it is not delivered.
I have never expected this from croma as I trust TATA products. But this is the first time when their service is not at all good. I will take it to legal forum if required and share the same experience on social media as well.

I brought new Compaq Presario CQ43-301AU Laptop from Cromo for Rs.22449/- after that i just checked with Staples the same model price is Rs.20990/-.

So i lost Rs.1500/- So please buy the products checking with other stores like staples, giriash etc....

Also my friend brought new Nokia mobile, he also lost Rs.1800/- comparing with other stores. Always Cromo price is High? why i do not know? looking huge margin?...
