Crompton Greaves (Cg) — Unauthorized charges and unhappy with the services

I brought CG motor pump on 23 dec 2014 it worked fine for few months then it stopped working i went to the service at lodo sarai then fixed it and again it same problem happen then they told that it happen due to sand and told that they will not fixed for free under warranty then same problem happened i went to service center on 27-aug-2015 and they refused to fix it and want to me to pay rs 2000 than i had i word with service incharge vikas he told me same thing again and again and told to pay 1650 and i was still happy i kept talking to CG in the end i paid rs 760 because i need that motor urgent which i think was not right my motor is still under warranty and it must fixed it under warranty that is why i purchased it and i am sure that same problem will happen again
