I bought a ceiling fan on 26 march 2017 with a warranty of 2 years. On 30 march 2019 the fan got damaged (Not working) when i switched it on first time after the winter season. I lodged a complaint with the cg customer care (Complaint id - [protected]) on the same day. But the engineer visited my home to check the fan refused to rectify the issues because of the warranty period expired on 26 march 2019 (Just 4 days prior to my complaint logged, that too first time only i switched on the fan after 3 months winter season). We are getting services for other products within 5-10 days even after completing the warranty period. Can't crompton greaves provide such privilege to your customer?
