I purchased a crompton ceiling fan (aura brown) from kishore trading, saltlake on 7th august, sunday. soon after installation on sunday evening it started making a humming noise and also a very shrill noise. seller refused to replace the fan and asked me to contact customer care.

The complaint i lodged with customer care was closed even though noone visted.
