Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Prabhukalyan Dhal and I am a consumer of your company's product having Model Number _GF6782 and Serial Number _UAG45480. The product is just 4months old. I have lodged a complaint on 12.06.2021 and I was instructed that technician will attend me soon. But after 1day they informed me that my product is Crompton Greaves and I have lodged complaint in Crompton. After that they closed my complaint status by taking "happy code" and they convinced me that they will fix my problem, but they are taking too much time which is not acceptable as I don't have any feedback option.
