My cooler is not working properly so i need immediate instance as it is still in warranty period. Some kind of sound is coming out of the cooler as we try to switch it on a also d fan is also most probably not working. As i m using other product of crompton as well so i wish i will get instatance as soon as possible. M a resident of guwahati assam n need asistance here itself

The product is of zero quality. It doesnot work for a single day. Services provided are very bad. I had complained so many times yet no step taken by them in 12 days.Customer executives hv no way of communicating and are vry rude. We disnt get any satisfying response from them. I have not see such a bad response and such attitude from any company.
