I have purchase Crompton FHP Motor on 25.07.2016 and on warranty period but my Motor is out of order (within 45 days) due to some manufacture problem. I made a complain in your toll free no. [protected] vide complain No. I[protected] on 12.09.2016 and Technician visit after 5 days(17.09.2016). He take the Motor to his workshop and return me after 18 days (on 03.10.2016) by telling its perfect now but the same day i started same problem occours.After that I again made a complain vide complain No. I[protected] on 05.102016 but there is nothing to do from your end. It is unexpected.Almost 30 days gone, Please do something……
