I bought a aircooler product on 16/04/2021 and it stopped working after 15 days. I raised complaints [protected]/01 & [protected]/01 but no one visited. After multiple attempt someone called me and visited my place after escalating. He said that he will order a motor and will replace it. Took a photo copy of the warranty card, bill and left.
Post that within a day i get a message stating that my service request has been cancelled. If I call back customer service it is registering for a new complaint. I called South Head Saravanan and he asked to go back to whatsapp again to register complain which is of no use.
What is happening? my product is still not working. very simple. fix the product and extend the warranty for the time you took to replace it or refund full money back i will place a new order from some other genuine company. Was this information helpful? |
