Date of incident[protected] Sr # [protected] We raised a complaint about broken geyser tank with the company. A distributor was assigned and visited our home. The repair guy was highly untrained to deal with a female customer. He was unable to write complaint # and details on defect tag and was ordering us to write. He initially refused to unmount and take for replacement as geyser was not purchased from the same distributor. But after telling him that i will call customer care he agreed to unmount and left all the mess and went back. I called customer care asked them to escalate to next level to address my concern but as of today, i have not received any call or message from anyone which is very disappointing and frustrating. Finally, i have to drop geyser at distributor from where i bought he was so insensitive to my complaint and told me its offseason not sure replacement will come in week or month. So far we have not received a replacement and my old age parents are struggling to carry a bucket of hot water from one bathroom to another. I am never going to recommend or buy crompton greaves product in the future and would try to replace all i have in a year or so. Was this information helpful? | |||
