We purchased desert cooler ozone last year on 04. 05.2016 with serial number DAC751-PDMPM-04812 at kadiri anatapur dist, andhrapradesh. Since then it's not working. Only fan is working properly but cooling system is faulty nd not at all working.we complained many times but there is no response from the service people. Rather their response is very much disappointing. .kindly look into it...resolve my problem. ..Regards pratapreddy.

Suddenly last night fan stopped working and some burning smell started coming. Looks like either fan motor or some associated part got burnt. It is still under warranty. Last year when purchased, initially itself fan was not working. It took one week for CG to resolve the issue. Not happy with product performance. Pl resolve the same.
