Taking follow up since last 1 week with support team. But still there no proper response every time they asked me to wait for 24hrs and no one even contacted.
This is issue is started since 10th March, there was already noise and excutive came repaired something it got worst than before so he asked me to observe for two days. if the condition is same we will get this replaced. After 2 days ticket is got closed and fan is also getting more noisy and excutive is not answering calls.
Support team it worst than this experience they always asked me to wait for 24hrs even trailing mail going on more tha 4/5 days. Was this information helpful? |
