I purchased Crompton make Solenium Delux geyser from Paras Enterprise on 25.08.2018. it nonfunctional on 3rd Feb 2021. A complaint was made with customer care on 05th Feb2021. Service personal visited on 5th evening and informed that storage tank is leaking and company will replace the item with new one since product is within warranty period. Since then we have made enormous calls to service center, customer care, senior manager and dealer but my item is not being replaced till today i.e. 13th feb 2021, 8.58AM.
Its very cold in Ghaziabad, India. Company is silently ignoring my complaint.
My request to buyers is that buy a company product who provides good after sales service. I thought Crompton is a reputed company and will provide good after sales service. They have disappointed me.
