Crompton Greaves / Cgglobal.com — I hp motor that I purchased 7 days ago

Address:Eldeco county,opposite hotel jurrasic park, GT ROAD SONEPAT 131001

I purchased an 1 hp motor for my compressor just 7 days ago... but the motor started giving fumes and stopped working...
Tried to register complaint on toll free number today for continuous 5 hours but it seems that the company has created toll free number just to make fool of customers...
If I don't get my motor replaced/repaired within next 48 hours... I am going to file a case in consumer court against company & its dealer...
I purchased it from company 's dealer... NAVEEN SALES... & my pin code is 131001.
