I had purchased Exhaust Fan on[protected]. The FAN has problem of heavy noise. We had launched 2 complaints [protected]/01 dated[protected] and [protected]/01 on[protected]. The person who has attended call on[protected] has opened the FAN and went away without doing the needful. On contact on his phone number [protected], he had mentioned that the complaint has been updated for want of part replacement. He had not made any report and has not responded there after. Since the FAN is brand new and is under warranty, we need either replacement of FAN or money back as it is clearly a manufacturing defect. Was this information helpful? | |
