Official complaint no.[protected]/01, engineer came and confirmed that product is defective, after that he waited for 20 mins at home just for the sake of his seniors confirmation. When i objected, he want and made a concall, to my surprise, senior did not bother to oppoligies about the product or the delay caused by him. Now they have cancelled my complaint even without addressing it completely.
Not satisfy with product nor with pathetic services. I need immediate replacement of FAN. Was this information helpful? |
