I purchased crompton regenerative pump on 19-july-2019. I started facing issue with the pump and i logged a complaint (Complaint reference [protected]) for the same on 23-may-2020.
Service engineer visited my home to examine the pump and said that there are certain parts which are damaged and i do not have these parts with me right now, so will bring those parts in 2-3 days and will replace these parts.
It's been 1 month now he hasn't come to replace the parts and whenever i call him he says company don't have theses parts so it cannot be replaced right now.
It tried calling customer care and regional office they attend the phone and they cut it immediately.
My product is in warranty till 18th-july-2020. I believe compton is waiting for the warranty period to complete so that they can charge the amount.
Pathetic experience with compton.
