On 26th aug 2018 crompton greaves service center jg corpnet (Kolkata) came to see defective geyser (Solarium dx810). They told tank leakage and since it was 5 years under warranty they provided a replacement tag. They asked me to deliver to the retail shop ganguly hardware @ kolkata and their distributor will pick it up and provide me a new geyser. I am yet to get a new geyser almost 3 months have passed. Ganguly hardware is saying their distributor (Vishwakarma) is not providing the replacement and jg corpnet (Kolkata) is washing their hands off.
