I had booked a complaint for Crompton geyser not working at my house which is under warranty for First time [protected]. Technician arrived at 3pm & we intermediately came out of office to attend him. He corrected the fault and made it workable. Again we faced the same issue on Friday in the same week. Booked complaint [protected] the same day. Technician did not arrive on Saturday instead confirmed to send someone by Monday 11 am. As we both are working, it is not possible to attend them beyond that. They did not turn up on Monday & also the same got repeated on Tuesday.
On confrontation with them, the technician & his manager (Sandip Dey, Loc: Kolkata) pushed us and argued to stay beyond 12-1pm on weekdays. Sandip Dey also went to the extent o[censored]sing unnecessary arguments with me when I enquired about the delay in service. On debate, he even said you may complain about the same to the company.
Escalating and requesting to deal with such unprofessional PR handling by the manager & his team. Was this information helpful? |
