Dear Sir,

My water heater is not working .water is not getting heated.
Details are attached herewith .
Request you to do the needful.

With reference to the trailing mail, we have raised a complaint regarding our Geyser which was not working. Your mechanics have already contacted us ( contact no.s [protected] ( Harish), and [protected] ) . As we both couple are working, we will not be available in the office timings between 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on the working days.

As such we request you to kindly instruct or send your mechanics either on saturday after 3.00 pm or on sunday. Or after 8 PM.on working days from Monday to Saturday.
