I have registered the crompton greaves for repairing of my induction in call centre on 23.11.18 no - [protected]. One of technician from asansol service centre (Care centre) have visited on 24.11.18 came to my home and just opened the induction and told me that the bord inside is not working, so i have to pay for the part.
Then he took a form and asked me to sign in the form, so i signed it, after signing the technician started asking me to pay the service charge of rs 250/-.
But when he has done nothing and waiting for more than 30 minutes nor he or the lady from the office were able to tell me the exact price of part then how would i pay. I told the technician and the lady from the office that give me proper invoice with part details and cost and add the service charge with gst in that. They both of them started misbehaving with me.
But yet i didnt pay any single amount and torn the paper where he have taken my signature without telling me what it is.
This is the sign of totally unprofessional behavior and totally worst customer satisfaction. This how this company functions.
