Dear sir it was purcheasedon november 2015 from your dealer of radhabajar street kolkata 01. but we are suffering problem since july 2016 end, whenever we switched on, both he light is glowing (red & green) but the water is still remain cold. since then we unplugged the cable and try to contact your cust care department but some how we are not be able to contact you, so we would request you to resove this issue as early as possible . my product code is 3p3NIJCB-58467.
