[Resolved]  Crompton Greaves / Cgglobal.com — Sound generating in ceiling Fan from dayone

I have purchased a ceiling fan from authorized dealer of north delhi in last month. I am getting sound continuously in this fan from day one. I had logged a complain twice time but field engineer unable to rectify the issue. I told him to replace it with new one. Please get it replaced asap. Because it is creating problem from day one. My recent complain number [protected]. Also site engineer misbehave with my wife. He is not aware how to talk to customer or lady. Engineer number is [protected].

Request you to please get it replace because it has created from day one. Your cooperation required.

This is to bring to your notice that your staff is not responding about my fan complained I am very disappointed with your product and service nobody is listening my problem.
I had complained on 5th August but still complaint not attended this is very good service happy
