It is for your kind information that I have bought two geysers from Crompton greaves company's authorized dealer on 4th of February 2016(Golaghat Stationary Agency), one is working fine but the other one is giving a lot of problem during water heating (Model No. of the defective one - NLMEB 000378). Regarding this matter, I have talked to the customer care center ([protected] ), but even after consulting them with two times, (1st on feb 5th and 2nd time on 20th march) I receive no response from them.
