This is here a6th complaint in two months about the product i .e tower cooler which i purchased on 20th may 2016 and till date its not working even after several complaints in writing as well as telephonically but i am sorry the service centre where the complaint is registered a s well as the seniors didnot bothered to get the problem solved if it required to change the part.For what a reputed company known when not care for customer.The whole summer i spent without using and wadte money in buying .Now i feel iust go to consumer court for mental harrasment and looting the customer .There is not genuine authority to listen to the grievances of the customer whose hard earned money is gone in the drain Was this information helpful? |
