Crompton Greeves — Hopeless product crompton GINNI plz. do not buy

I have bought one crompton ginni air cooler from the local dealer at ajmer- raj @ rs. 2900/- but from the day 1 it is not providing the cooling which a normal cooler is supposed to provide. It is throwing air like table fan . By rigorous efforts with dealer and service center service technician has came..Who is also unaware of this model being new model...And said he can not do any thing..My question is that by relying on such a big brand and paying more money why i am cheated and has to suffer the utmost rude and care less attitude & behaviour of dealer and support center...I want to return this product which is far below the expectation and standard.. Even if the product is not taken back i will be left with no option but to take shelter of law of land both for poor product and mental harassment..
