Crop Technology — forcing me to pay a large amount

I have registered for crop technology's online form filling work. I have signed an agreement in which they mentioned that if i do multiple logins then my account will be deactivated. But they didn't clearly mention what multiple logins mean and generally i thought multiple logins means loging in multiple tabs or browsers or laptops simultaneously. Now they have blocked my account saying that i did multiple logins. They are now saying that even if you leave your work for a some time without logging out and then continue working it is considered as multiple logins. They are not letting me talk to any technical person so that i can explain my situation to them. Now they are asking me to pay 16000 rupees as fine amount and that too within very short period of time like 15 to 20mins.

Before i registered for this work i asked their customer care person that what charges do i need to pay if any of the rule violates, then he told that i need to pay 5999 which is registration charge. But now they are saying that i need to pay 16000 which includes their server usage charges and legal charges along with registration charges. When i told them that i had this conversation before registering then they are saying that is if i want to discontinue my account. When i said that i didn't want to continue now and to deactivate my account permanently they started convincing me and when i didn't agree they told me to convince their legal department now and then i can pay only 6000. I asked for their website then they said that their website is down now and it will take around 22 to 48hrs before it starts working. I said then let me talk to your technical person first and after that i will check your website when it is up and later i will decide what to do. They told to convince their legal department for doing this.

Then i called their legal department and told that customer care executive said this. But she didn't listen to me completely. She said that she gave me ample amount of time to take my decision and pay the amount and since i didn't pay that amount she is going to proceed legally and she disconnected the call.

I checked all the emails i got from both customer care and legal department and i noticed that all the emails are sent from same email id and that is [protected]@gmail.com. It is not even their official id as their email doesn't contain their company's domain.

Their website is not working, they didn't let me talk to their technical person, their emails are not from company's official email, they asked me to transfer 16000 rupees to some sbi account which is not company's account and that too within very short period of time.

Please help me out of this situation. I cannot pay so much amount and that too at such short notice.
