I had purchased a cross pen online to gift my husband and on usage of teh same within 2 days the pen leaked and spoilt his shirt. on mailing the cross vendor with the image and invoice they got back stating i have to courier the same to their address for inspection. REALLY! wasnt a spoilt shirt enough to be frustrated with Cross as a brand and on top of that the revert of me having to sent the courier is totally unacceptable. This is not ok considering they charge a good amount for the pen the customer cant be facing inconvenience because of the brand.
PN it was not a pleasant experience.
Still the pick up has not happened. Shame of Cross
