I had purchased a cross pen online to gift my husband and on usage of teh same within 2 days the pen leaked and spoilt his shirt. on mailing the cross vendor with the image and invoice they got back stating i have to courier the same to their address for inspection. REALLY! wasnt a spoilt shirt enough to be frustrated with Cross as a brand and on top of that the revert of me having to sent the courier is totally unacceptable. This is not...

I have bought a cross pen from Shoppers Stop, Bandra, Mumbai, India of value around ₹ 2800/-. I have been told that, it has life time warranty at the time of purchase.

After few days o[censored]se colour in patches is peeling off. I went to the Shoppers Stop but they are not even ready to listen or provide solution.

I feel cheated and Cross being such a reputed brand, this kind of reply was unexpected....
